Returns and exchanges

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Digital items
Digital items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. Please contact me at institches@sandstreams.com for help with pdf files.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Sandstreams, 2640 Cambridge Hills Rd., Cumming, GA 30041}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
